Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. PCNL patients undergoing general anesthesia; 3. Preoperative normal body temperature; 4. Informed consent to the study, voluntary participation and signed the informed consent form; 5. Clear consciousness and good language communication skills; 6. American Society of Anesthesiologists Grade 1 to 3; 7. Operation duration >= 90 minutes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with respiratory diseases, malignant tumors and other vital organ failure; 2. Patients with hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism; 3. Patients diagnosed with pyonephrosis before operation; 4. Ear trauma, should not measure the tympanic membrane temperature; 5. Intraoperative change of surgical method; 6. Intraoperative rescue, hemorrhage, anesthesia drug allergy; 7. Patients returned to ICU after operation.
