18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Aged 18-75 years old, gender unlimited; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5~30 kg/m2; 4. ASA was graded from I to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was complicated with cardiopulmonary and cerebral diseases; 2. Patients with liver or kidney insufficiency; 3. Those who are predicted to have or have had difficulty airway; 4. Patients with previous bradycardia or arrhythmia; 5. Preoperative severe hypertension (>180/110mmHg) or hypotension (<90/60mmHg); 6. Patients with anemia or coagulation disorders; 7. Patients with neuromuscular system diseases or mental diseases; 8. Suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives; 9. The patient's history of food or drug allergy; 10. Patients with chronic smoking or alcohol abuse and other bad habits.
