Experimental group: Sedline monitoring:Maintain BIS at an appropriate depth of anesthesia with appropriate medication to observe changes in Sedline
Control group:Experience anesthesia, without intervention while observing Sedline changes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast surgery, including breast cancer and benign breast tumors, was discussed and agreed by the group of general surgery experts; 2. Observers ( or representatives of patients ) voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent; 3. Aged 18-75 years of age; 4. ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The observers (or their legal representatives) are unwilling to sign the informed consent; 2. Patients with poor compliance (including economic status); 3. With severe cardiovascular disease history, diabetes, severe infection; 4. Related drug allergy history and taboo; 5. Maternity of pregnant women; 6. Other factors that may affect patient inclusion and assessment results.
