Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~75 years; 2. Meet the stroke diagnosis criteria formulated by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995; 3. First stroke and unilateral hemiplegia, 4 weeks-6 months; 4. With moderate and severe hand dysfunction (2 <= Brunnstrom <= 4), modified Ashworth spasm scale (MAS) <3; 5. Voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limb dysfunction resulting from other causes before disease onset; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary and kidney diseases and mental disorders; 3. Patients with other neurological diseases, no training or poor treatment compliance; 4. Patients with cognitive understanding dysfunction: Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) <= 17 points, visual or auditory impairment; 5. Patients with speech impairment who can't cooperated; 6. Patients with unstable fracture, infection, and active bleeding.
