Pressure ulcer

Interventions

PRP group:Packed gauze soaked with PRP preparation after washing with normal saline
CGF group:After washing with normal saline, the gauze soaked in CGF preparation shall be filled
Tideglusib group:Skin tissue culture with Tideglusib treatment in vitro
Control group:Covered with oil yarn after washing with normal saline

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed as stage 3-4 pressure ulcer; 2. Patients with pressure ulcers who have been treated for more than 1 month and have not healed; 3. Having a life expectancy of at least 6 months, and can follow up the safety and effectiveness data; 4. The patient aged > 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ulcers caused by other reasons; 2. HIV positive patients; 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 4. Patients suffering from malignant tumors; 5. Patients with major organic diseases or serious heart and lung diseases can not tolerate debridement; 6. Allergies to blood products; 7. Thrombocytopenia.
