Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 edition); 2. Glycosylated hemoglobin was maintained at < 9%; 3. Aged 18-80 years when signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus, or pregnant or lactating women, gestational diabetes mellitus or diabetes mellitus combined with pregnancy; 2. Previous history of pancreatitis, severe kidney disease, eGFR < 45 mL/min/1.73 m2; 3. Under stress, infection, or immune deficiency; 4. Allergic to dapagliflozin and dura glycopeptide, recurrent urinary tract infection or genital infection; 5. Suffering from tuberculosis, AIDS, immune system diseases, long-term steroid use; Or in the state of tumor radiation, chemotherapy.
