Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracic surgery (wedge, segmentectomy, lobectomy, mediastinal mass, bullae resection); 2. Patients aged > 18 years, both sexes; 3. BMI 18.5~30 kg/m2; 4. ASA I~III grade; 5. Patients who consented and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases; 2. Patients with a history of abnormal anesthesia recovery; 3. Electrocardiogram showed that the heart rate was less than 50 beats /min; 4. Patients had fever and decreased coagulation function before operation; 5. Preoperative systolic blood pressure > 180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg in patients with hypertension, or < 90/60mmHg in patients with hypotension; 6. Patients with hemoglobin less than 90 g/L; 7. Pulmonary resection with more than two lobes and requires lymph node dissection; 8. Patients with severe obstructive ventilation dysfunction; 9. Who were uncooperative or unable to communicate.
