Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Blood uric acid value: 420-540 umol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of gout; 2. Hyperuricemia complications: hypertension, abnormal lipid metabolism, diabetes, obesity, stroke, coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency, uric acid nephrolithiasis, renal function damage (>= CKD2 stage); 3. Within 4 weeks after entering the study, they have used uric acid lowering drugs, thiazide diuretics and other drugs that affect uric acid; 4. Pregnancy status; 5. Patients with malignant tumors; 6. The expected life is less than 6 months; 7. Refuse to sign the informed consent form.
