Interventions

Experimental group 1:Interactive dance game for two people for 30 minutes
Experimental group 2:Interactive dance game for participant for 30 minutes
Control group:Get familiar with the rules of dance interactive game for 2 minutes, and take a rest for 28 minutes

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years old, right-handed; 2. Normal vision or corrected vision; Normal color vision; Normal hearing; 3. Normal cognitive function, able to understand the experimental process and cooperate in the completion of the experiment; 4. Have no habit of taking drugs and drinking regularly; 5. Body mass index 18.5 <= BMI < 24 kg/m2 (BMI=weight/height 2); 6. No hearing, visual and emotion related disorders; 7. The body has no problems such as abnormal sensation and pain; 8. No skin damage or skin disease, and no musculoskeletal damage in the past month; 9. No strenuous exercise, muscle fatigue, drinking, etc. within 24 hours before the test; 10. Not participating in other intervention experiments for two weeks; 11. Not in pregnancy, lactation and menstruation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to assess the pain intensity; 2. Current use of narcotics or tobacco products; 3. Hypertension or other cardiovascular diseases; 4. Diseases of nervous system; 5. Pulmonary disease or metabolic disease (diabetes); 6. Serious mental illness.
