Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for experimental groups: patients were diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B guidelines (2019 edition), viral hepatitis prevention and control program (2000 edition), liver reserve function classification criteria, clinical diagnosis and staging of primary liver cancer (2001 edition). Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: healthy hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis C antibody were negative and liver transaminase, blood lipids and abdominal ultrasound were normal in the health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for experimental groups: patients of acute and chronic hepatitis A virus infection with alcoholic liver disease and simple fatty liver drug-induced hepatitis; other diseases related to iron overload, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, blood system diseases and other lipid metabolism disorders.
