Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients need to perform gastroduodenoscopy and iodine staining; 3. Patients who signed informed consent; 4. Patients under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of iodine allergy or organ failure; 2. History of acid reflux, heartburn,retrosternal discomfort, or diagnosed with reflux esophagitis; 3. Patients with head and neck cancer under radiotherapy or chemotherapy, or diagnosed with esophageal varices, advanced esophageal cancer; 4. Pregnant women or breast-feeding women; 5. Patients with high risk of anesthesia.
