2:Percutaneous nephrolithotomy was performed by local urologist without initial associated experience, after trained by 5G-powered Robot-assisted Tele-ultrasound Diagnosis System.
3:Percutaneous nephrolithotomy was performed by local urologist with initial associated experience, under the guidance of bedside B ultrasound.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Guy's Stone Scores were grade III and IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic hemorrhagic diseases; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension; 3. Patients with severe heart disease or pulmonary insufficiency who cannot tolerate surgery; 4. Untreated renal tuberculosis; 5. Pelvic ectopic kidney, severe nephroptosis, retrorenal colon, hepatosplenomegaly; 6. Ipsilateral renal tumor; 7. Patients taking anticoagulants such as aspirin.
