18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-III; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m2; 4. Patients undergoing orthopedic surgery under nerve block; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Administered sedative and analgesic drugs within 3 hours before surgery; 2. Have uncontrolled psychiatric diseases or ddementia; 3. Contraindications to peripheral nerve block; 4. Participated in other drug trials within three months.
