Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants were diagnosis of idiopathic PD according to the Movement Disorder Society Clinical Diagnostic Criteria at Hoehn and Yahr stages1-3; 2. Participants required to have a score of 8-20 on the 24-item Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) scale; 3. Patients aged < 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious behavioral problems or other mental disorders,such as bipolar disorder; 2. Patients with vital organ (heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.) failure, malignant tumor, or other unstable condition; 3. Poor adherence to medication.
