Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Residual samples from first-tier TRFIA screening of measuring 17-OHP; 2. The samples meet the requirements of sample size and storage conditions; 3. Sampling Remaining time is not more than three years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor sample quality; 2. Incomplete collection of sample information.
