Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Selected our hospital obstetrics scar uterus underwent cesarean section again as the research object. 1. Aged 20-45 years; 2. Women who plan to undergo elective cesarean section, singleton and full-term pregnancy, and the cesarean section is the second or third cesarean section; 3. Anesthesia: epidural anesthesia; 4. People without verbal communication barriers; 5. Complications of unintentional liver and kidney and other important organs; 6. There was no history of gastrointestinal dysfunction or gastrointestinal system operation; 7. Prenatal examination showed no abnormalities in the fetus; 8. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pregnancy complications or complications, such as preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia, Placenta previa, placental abruption, severe intrahepatic cholestasis, severe anemia, hypoproteinemia; 2. Intravenous sedative and analgesic drugs were added during the operation;The anesthesia level was higher than T6.Postoperative intravenous controlled analgesia; 3. People who are allergic to or refuse chewing gum; 4. those who refuse or cannot breastfeed for various reasons.
