Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 60 years; 2. It is planned to perform total hip replacement under general anesthesia; 3. There was no surgical treatment for other surgical system diseases nearly one month before admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture and multiple fracture; 2. Mini mental state examination (MMSE) score 9; 3. Patients with central nervous system disease or severe craniocerebral trauma and thoracoabdominal trauma; 4. Those who cannot complete cognitive function test or have received neuropsychological test; 5. Taking sedatives or antidepressants; 6. Have received nerve or heart surgery; 7. Not willing to follow the rules or procedures or unable to understand and communicate; 8. Illiteracy or serious visual or hearing impairment; 9. Parkinson's disease; 10. Alcohol abuse or drug dependence;
