Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chest CT scanning in our hospital suggests pulmonary nodules; 2. CT >=16 rows, slice thickness <= 1.0mm; 3. On axial CT images, the nodule is 6-30mm in diameter, surrounded by lung parenchyma, which cannot be detected by conventional bronchoscopy; 4. CT scanning range: starting from above the glottis, including the entire lung; 5. Sign the Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged <18 years; 2. The scanning direction of chest CT is non-axial; 3. Patients with a history of lung surgery; 4. Patients with obvious airway stenosis, severe airway deformity, airway stents and other factors obviously affect the reconstruction of the bronchial tree and airway; 5. Patients with multiple lung nodules while the main lesion cannot be identified; 6. Chest CT scanning suggests a poor breath holding, with obvious artifacts; 7. The investigator deems that the patient is not suitable to participate in the trial for other reasons.
