Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with polycythemia vera (PV) or essential thrombocythemia (ET) with JAK2V617F mutation diagnosed according to the World Health Organization (WHO) 2016 criteria; 2. The patient met the indications for interferon therapy and was expected to be treated with pegylated interferon a-2b injection; 3. Patients with polycythemia vera/essential thrombocythemia were treated with pegylated interferon alfa-2b injection by the time of study entry and had at least baseline, 6-month traceability data on JAK2V617F mutation VAF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant use of Chinese herbal medicine during treatment is expected/has been anticipated; 2. Retrospective cases had any disease that could affect the evaluation of efficacy, including but not limited to post-polycythemia vera myelofibrosis (PPV-MF) or any non-PV myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN); 3. Retrospective cases had participated in any interventional clinical study during the study period.
