Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients selected for neck surgery in the whole hospital; 2. ASA is classified as Grade I~III; 3. Expected life span is more than 12 months; 4. Pass ethical review and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery patients; 2. The patient has severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Preoperative mental illness; 4. The patient has severe audio-visual dysfunction or communication difficulties; 5. The patient cannot complete the cognitive function test 1 to 12 months after the operation; 6. Patients who have participated in other relevant clinical studies within 3 months.
