Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It was in line with the main points of stroke diagnosis formulated by Chinese Society of Neurology and Cerebrovascular Group of Chinese Society of Neurology; 2. The first single onset without surgical intervention; 3. Aged 20-80 years; 4. Course of disease: 0-6 months after onset; 5. The condition is stable and the vital signs are stable; 6. Signing informed consent: Patients and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have difficulty in hearing and understanding or cannot carry out oral instructions; 2. Suffering from other neurological disorders, such as consciousness disorder and Parkinson's disease; 3. Complicated with other brain injury, such as brain trauma, brain tumor, etc.; 4. Complicated with other major diseases such as malignant tumor, severe mental disease, hemorrhagic disease, endocrine disease or systemic immune system disease; 5. Patients with a history of drug abuse, hormone therapy or alcohol abuse in the past 6 months; 6. Women who are pregnant and planning to become pregnant; 7. Unwilling or unable to cooperate.
