50 Years to 77 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with locally advanced-locally advanced esophageal cancer (stage T2-4N0-2M0 before treatment) were not enrolled in other clinical trials; 2. Two cycles of neoadjuvant therapy (immunotherapy plus chemotherapy) were performed regularly in the study center; 3. There were complete chest CT images before and after neoadjuvant therapy; 4. Esophageal carcinoma was treated with minimaly invasive esophagectomy, the resection were subjected to pathological biopsy; 5. Cooperate with follow-up and inspection; 6. Patients are able to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who died during hospitalization; 2. The patients with an adenocarcinoma of esophago-gastric junction; 3. Patients without complete CT imaging data.
