Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-69 years (inclusive), no gender limit; 2. Lung cancer patients with stage III and above, pathological type of which is lung adenocarcinoma; 3. Cancer tissue specimens can be obtained by puncture or operation for primary culture; 4. Subjects must give informed consent to the study prior to the study, voluntarily sign written informed consent, and be willing and able to comply with the study plan's medication, follow-up visits, reviews, and other study procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases. 2. Patients who do not need medication. 3. Patients whose specimens cannot be cultured in primary culture.
