50 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with thoracic nerve herpes zoster; 2. Visit the doctor within 1 week of HZ eruption; 3. Aged >=50 years; 4. Zoster Simple Pain Scale (ZBPI) score on ''Average pain''questions> 3; 5. Complete medical record data; 6. Follow up as required.(YNMT)·

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with immune dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, systemic use of antiviral drugs, and pregnancy/lactation.
