Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in ''diagnostic points of various cerebrovascular diseases in China 2019'', patients with cerebral infarction were confirmed by MRI examination; 2. Aged 50-75 years; 3. Onset time >= 3 days, = grade 3; 5. The patient's blood pressure was stable (100-160 / 60-100mmHg); 6. Agree to conduct systematic cognitive and motor function evaluation, understand the instructions of the therapist or the instrument, and complete the required actions; 7. Approved by the ethics committee of Gansu Provincial People's Hospital; 8. Agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to cooperate with the training due to visual and understanding dysfunction or other reasons; 2. Poor compliance; 3. Possible cardiogenic embolism; 4. Balance and gait abnormalities caused by other causes, such as bone and joint disease, spinal cord injury, peripheral neuropathy, infectious nervous system disease, etc; 5. There are serious bone and joint diseases and severe joint and muscle pain, which affect the activity.
