Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as a patient with lower limb arteriosclerosis Obliterans in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Lower Limb Arteriosclerosis Obliterans 2015, published by the Vascular Surgery Group of the Surgery Society of the Chinese Medical Association; Rutherford grade 4 (patients without walking, resting state, lower extremity pain, fatigue, numbness and other symptoms); 2. Clear mind, smooth communication, no cognitive impairment; 3. Volunteer to participate in the study; 4. No diabetic foot; 5. Aged between 20 and 70 years; 6. Same treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot tolerate surgery for various reasons; 2. Those who can no longer participate in the cooperation due to various reasons during the study.
