20 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 30 years; 2. Health non-sports students; 3. No previous lower extremity ligament injury or fracture; 4. No strenuous activity recently, no muscle fatigue; 5. Subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any lung, heart, metabolic disease; 2. Any history of central and peripheral nerve injury; 3. Inability to follow directions during exercise.
