Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent joint replacement signed informed consent and cooperated with questionnaire survey and follow-up, no gender limit. 2. ASA ?-?, BMI<=32kg/m^2, postoperative extubation back to the general ward, completion of preoperative delirium assessment and delirium survey from the first day to the third day after surgery were included in the analysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative history of central nervous system and psychiatric diseases; 2. Long-term use of drugs (sedatives, antidepressants, narcotic analgesics, etc.) that affect the function of the neuropsychiatric system; 3. Preoperative history of inflammatory intestinal diseases, intestinal flora disorders, irritable bowel syndrome and other digestive diseases; 4. Previous history of major surgery; 5. Complicated with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 6. Severe postoperative infection, requiring large dose and long-term use of antibiotics; 7. Patients with intraoperative blood loss >=1000ml, hemoglobin still lower than 80g/L after transfusion of blood products, and unstable postoperative vital signs.
