0.7 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 9 months and 18 years; 2. Middle (penile) hypospadias with mild penile curvature in the first treatment; 3. Good development of the penile head and urethral plate (penile head diameter > 1 cm); 4. All children amenable for one-stage TIP repair.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Distal and proximal hypospadias; 2. Recurrent hypospadias; 3. Urethral plate dysplasia with moderate to severe penile hypospadias; 4. Combined with cryptorchidism, hydrocele or inguinal hernia; 5. Differences of sex development combined with hypospadias.
