Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants were healthy primiparas with singleton, cephalic presentation, normal fetal development, and suitable conditions for natural delivery; 2. Aged 18-35 years; 30-32 weeks of gestation; 3. Participants were expected to give birth in our hospital; 4. Participants had good cognitive function, and were willing to participate in this study and to use WeChat through a mobile phone during pregnancy. Their family members also voluntarily accompanied them in CP group discussion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with mental and communication disabilities; 2. Pregnant subjects at high risk of pregnancy complications and complications or underlying diseases; 3. Those who use oxytocin; 4. Subjects with abnormal pregnancy history.(YNMT)·
