Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of IMN is confirmed in patients with positive renal biopsy puncture or PLA2R test; 2. Pathological diagnosis consistent with the diagnostic criteria for Ehrenreich-Churg membranous nephropathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.IMN group: (1) Patients with secondary membranous nephropathy; (2) Patients with other kidney diseases; (3) Patients treated with hormones or immunosuppressants; (4) Complicated with severe infection; (5) Patients with severe primary diseases of brain, lung, heart and liver system. 2. Healthy control group: (1) Abnormal results of physical examination report; (2) Chronic medical history such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes; (3) Pregnant or lactating patients.
