Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6-60 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients with benign lymphatic endothelioma diagnosed clinically and pathologically; 3. The area of lesions is large, with a diameter of more than 5 cm, and surgical resection is difficult; 4. The patient (guardian of the child) agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active infections requiring systematic treatment; 2. Hiv-positive patients with primary or secondary immunodeficiency; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Suffering from serious and uncontrollable other systemic diseases; 5. Previous treatment with mTOR inhibitors; 6. History of allergy to Sirolimus and its derivatives; 7. Received relevant treatment for primary disease at least 8 weeks before enrollment; 8. Pregnancy or planned pregnancy during the test period; 9. Patients who are unwilling or unable to follow this treatment regimen.
