18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade I~III; (2) Female patients aged 18-65 years undergoing elective gastric volume reduction surgery under general anesthesia; (3) Informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications of percutaneous acupoint injection, such as local rash or systemic infection of the skin stimulated by acupoints; (2) Combined with known drug allergy related to this study, severe heart, respiratory, kidney or liver diseases; (3) Coagulation dysfunction; (4) Psychiatric or nervous system diseases; (5) Difficulty in communication; (6) Pre medication or pre-existing medical conditions prior to surgery limit the objective evaluation, including the use of antiemetics, opioids or glucocorticoids; (7) Gastroesophageal reflux.
