Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their family members were informed and voluntarily participated in the study, and signed the informed consent; 2. Patients undergoing elective or emergency internal fixation for mid-clavicle fracture in our hospital; 3. ASA?-?, aged 18-75 years, no gender limit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>=35kg/m^2; 2. Allergic to local anesthesia drugs; 3. Severe lung disease: preoperative need for oxygen therapy or non-invasive ventilation, or exercise tolerance < 4 METs, or previous lung surgery, or severe emphysema, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 4. History of supraclavicular fossa infection or surgery; 5. Coagulation dysfunction; 6. Neurological injury or disease of the nervous system; 7. Patients with a history of mental illness or who cannot cooperate for other reasons; 8. Pregnancy or lactation.
