18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Open liver surgery is scheduled; 3. ASA Grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or family members refuse to participate; 2. The patient cannot cooperate; 3. Suffer from neurological diseases; 4. Patients who are allergic to ropivacaine and rido; 5. Patients with a history of opioid abuse; 6. Patients with puncture site infection; 7. Coagulopathy, defined as prolonged PT or aPTT or INR >= 1.4 or platelet count <80x10^9 L^-1; 8. Patients with severe renal dysfunction, defined as blood creatinine 1.5 times the upper limit of normal or creatinine clearance <80ml/min; 9. Patients whose liver function reaches Child-Pugh grade C; 10. Patients with cardiac insufficiency were defined as NYHA III-IV; 11. Pregnant and lactating patients; 12. And any other conditions that the investigator deems inappropriate to participate in the trial.
