Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. MACE Group: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for perimenopause; (2) Major cardiovascular adverse events were diagnosed for the first time; (3) Voluntary participation in the study; (4) No mental illness, consciousness disorder and other conditions, can cooperate with the research investigation. 2. Non-MACE Group: (1) The diagnostic criteria for perimenopause were met and MACE diagnosis was excluded; (2) Voluntary participation in the study; (3) No mental illness, consciousness disorder and other conditions, can cooperate with the research investigation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hormone drug therapy in recent half a year; 2. Pregnant and lactating patients; 3. Patients with menstrual disorders or menopause due to unnatural causes such as premature ovarian failure and hysterectomy; 4. Patients with malignant tumor, autoimmune system disease, hematological system disease, serious organ disease, etc.
