Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for KOA of the American College of Rheumatology; (2) Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) grade >=?; (3) Volunteer to be the subject and sign the informed consent; (4) Aged 18-70 years; (5) No gender limit. 2. Healthy subjects: (1) No knee osteoarthritis; (2) Volunteer to be the subject and sign the informed consent; (3) Aged 18-70 years; (4) No gender limit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) (e.g. claustrophobia, metal in the body, severe visual or hearing impairment); 2. Pregnancy; 3. Have cardiovascular disease and diabetes; 4. Have neurological diseases (including neurodegenerative diseases, epilepsy, head injuries); 5. A history of mental illness; 6. Taking psychotropic drugs or any drugs that affect cardiovascular and neurological function; 7. History of chronic pain in other areas; 8. Body mass index (BMI)>30kg/m^2.
