60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. Patients undergoing abdominal surgery who were diagnosed with one of the five types of diseases of stomach, intestine, liver and spleen, biliary tract or pancreas on admission; 3. Have sufficient cognitive ability; 4. No delirium or subdelirium before operation; 5. Postoperative hospital stay >=5 days; 6. Patients and their family members have a clear understanding of this study and voluntarily participate in it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with a mental disorder or illness upon admission; 2. Language barrier, unable to communicate; 3. Patients who are not scheduled to have another operation within 5 days after surgery.
