18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. ASA Grade I-III; 4. Have the ability of autonomous behavior, clearly understand the test process, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with long-term use of opioids and psychotropic drugs; 2. Pregnant or nursing patients; 3. Patients with schizophrenia, severe depression and other mental diseases; 4. Patients with severe abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. Patients with bradycardia or block; 6. Patients with elevated intracranial pressure or glaucoma; 7. Patients with a history of abnormal surgical anesthesia and allergies to ketamine or other intraoperative drugs; 8. Untreated or uncontrolled hyperthyroidism.
