Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years; 2. The patient was diagnosed with low rectal cancer for the first time, and planned to undergo radical resection of stage I rectal cancer (Dixon) combined with preventive ileostomy operation plus ileostomy reduction six months later; 3. The patient was diagnosed with rectal cancer without chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy; 4. The patient had no obvious dietary preference; 5. No history of other digestive tract diseases (except intestinal polyps and gallstones); 6. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple tumors were considered in preoperative examination; 2. The patient has other infectious diseases or autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients have congenital or acquired metabolic diseases; 4. Took antibiotics 1 month before being included in the study; 5. The surgical plan was changed. Ileostomy was not performed in stage I surgery; 6. Due to some reasons, the patient did not perform ostomy restoration; 7. The patient developed tumor progression before surgery; 8. Life expectancy < 1 year; 9. Terminal stage of tumor; 10. Cerebrovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, epilepsy, mental diseases, brain tumors, anorexia, pica, uncontrollable obesity, and other diseases affecting eating; 11. The body contains metal implants, not suitable for brain MRI patients.
