Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-90 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy and indications for vitrectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who did not voluntarily participate in the study and signed the informed consent form; 2. Previous history of other ocular surgery or fundus disease; 3. Severe underlying systemic diseases, including vital organ failure (heart failure, renal failure, respiratory failure), hematological diseases (coagulopathy, leukemia, lymphoma), and severe infectious diseases (AIDS, syphilis), may not tolerate surgery or affect postoperative follow-up; 4. Allergic to conbercept; 5. Patients receiving other anti-neovascularization therapy before enrollment; 6. Active intraocular inflammation; 7. Previous history of ocular hypertension or glaucoma; 8. Ocular or periocular infection; 9. Pregnant or lactating patients; 10. Allergic to local anesthetics;
