Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, no gender limit. 2. Diagnosed as the CRA if the pathological results of their colorectal lesion are the tubular, villous, or the combination of them (tubulovillous). 3. Had at least one and no more than six histologically confirmed colorectal adenomas (including tubular, tubulovillous, and villous adenoma) at a recent colonoscopy. 4. Performed polypectomy within the 2 months before recruitment with no residual adenomas. 5. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined or prior history of familial adenomatous polyposis or hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (Lynch syndrome). 2. Patients with colorectal malignancies (including early and invasive carcinoma), or with a history of colorectal malignancies. 3. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. 4. History of partial or total gastrectomy or enterectomy. 5. Serious heart, lung, cerebrovascular disease or cancer. 6. Can't tolerate colonoscopy. 7. Frequent changes in the working environment or other circumstances may easily lead to lost visits. 8. Participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 months. 9. Patients who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, breastfeeding patients.
