18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years, with the ability of independent behavior; 2. Healthy volunteers with no smoking history; 3. Smoking volunteers without lung disease; 4. Patients with interstitial lung disease; 5. Patients with COPD, asthma and other pulmonary ventilation dysfunction; 6. Lung cancer patients; 7. Cured COVID-19 patients who have met the discharge criteria or have been discharged; 8. Agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Electronic implants, such as cardiac pacemakers, nerve stimulators, insulin pumps, cochlear implants, etc.; 2. Patients who have had aneurysm surgery and have aneurysm clips in their intracranial; 3. Patients who have had heart surgery and artificial heart valves; 4. There are metal foreign bodies, metal implants or metal prostheses in the body; 5. Pregnant and lactating patients and those with family planning; 6. Critically ill patients requiring life support system; 7. Uncontrolled epilepsy or mental illness, unable to cooperate with MRI examination; 8. Severe claustrophobia, unable to cooperate with MRI examination; 9. Patients who cannot inhale and hold their breath properly; 10. Other circumstances in which participation in the study is deemed inappropriate by the clinical investigator.
