18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The case group met the diagnostic criteria of progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) or Parkinson's disease (PD), and the control group had no history of organic nervous system disease or mental disease; 2. The patient or his family members signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other nervous system diseases or mental diseases; 2. Contraindications of MRI examination, such as metal implants in vivo and claustrophobia; 3. History of drug abuse.
