Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2018) and the clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction by head CT/MRI; 2. Stable condition, first onset and unilateral hemiplegia; 3. The patient's affected limb has abnormal ankle function when walking; 4. The lower extremity of the affected side was assessed by Brunnstrom staging to be in stage II-IV. (5) Age 40-75 years old; (6) Unconscious, auditory, visual, cognitive impairment, good compliance, cooperate with treatment; (7) Know about this research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable vital signs; 2. Severe important organ lesions, myocardial infarction, uncontrollable hypertension and other complications; 3. Severe cognitive and communication barriers and other inability to cooperate; 4. Loss of lower limbs or musculoskeletal system diseases; 5. Patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation, intracranial metal implants or stents near the treatment site 30cm-60cm; 6. Organic changes in tissues related to ankle joint movement.
