Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Control group: (1) Children who were due to trauma, foreskin surgery, skin surgery, etc. ; (2) Age between 29 days and 18 years. 2. Study Group: (1) Children with sepsis who meet the diagnosis of sepsis, or children with sepsis who do not have a clear pathogen but have indicators of infection. (2) Be between 29 days and 18 years of age. (3) Multicriteria diagnosis of sepsis. (4) Have informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Control group: (1) Children with sepsis. (2) Immunocompromised patients. (3) No informed consent. 2. Study Group: (1) Immunodeficient patients. (2) Lack of informed consent.
