18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?newly diagnosed head and neck tumors by pathology;?Receive radiation therapy and the total dose was 60-70Gy;?AJCC 8th stage I-IVB without any distant metastases;?Age 18-75 years old; ?ECOG score =1;?Normal blood count, liver and kidney function;?No antibiotics, hormones or immune preparations and probiotics within 4 weeks before treatment;?No dentures or dentures have been removed and agreed to be enrolled and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Palliative care; ? previous tumor disease; ? Pregnancy or lactation;? previous radiotherapy for tumor; ? suffering from oral mucositis or senile dry oral mucositis; ? suffering from other serious diseases; ? history of peptic ulcer, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal malignancy and other gastrointestinal diseases; ? history of dental disease and oral examination revealed any active gum or periodontal disease; ? individuals with special diets; ? individuals treated with oral or fecal microbiota transplantation.
