Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thoracic HRCT showed diffuse diseases in both lungs, such as nodular shadows, ground glass shadows, patch consolidation shadows, fibrous grid-like, honeycomb shadows diffuse in both lung fields or most lung fields; 2. ILD patients who do not smoke (at least 3 months) and whose cause cannot be determined by comprehensive chest HRCT, clinical history, and routine examination methods (such as sputum examination, blood examination, routine tracheoscopy, etc).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications of routine bronchoscopy; 2. Partial blood oxygen pressure of low flow oxygen inhalation artery<60mmHg and nitric oxide diffusion volume (DLco) measured by one breath method of pulmonary function<30% predicted value.
