Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, and sign the informed consent form before conducting any research operation; 2. Aged over 18; 3. Cough is the main or only symptom.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Except cough caused by diseases with definite causes, such as acute upper respiratory tract infection, acute bronchitis, chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, lung cancer, pulmonary tuberculosis and cough induced by ACEI drugs; 2. Chest imaging examination (chest X-ray or chest CT) indicates active and clinically significant abnormalities; 3. The subject is in the acute exacerbation or active phase of any disease and other unstable clinical conditions; Including but not limited to myocardial infarction, stroke and shock in recent 3 months; In the last 4 weeks, the function of gravity center was unstable, angina pectoris, massive hemoptysis, and seizures; Pneumothorax, giant pulmonary bulla and not prepared for surgical treatment; Perforation of the tympanic membrane; After closed drainage of pneumothorax or empyema; Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure>100 mmHg); Heart rate>120 times/minute; 4. Patients who cannot complete the questionnaire evaluation (including those who cannot read, express their opinions through alternative means, and understand the questions in the questionnaire, etc.); 5. Has been diagnosed as aortic aneurysm; 6. Pregnant women.
