Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The operation time of cardiopulmonary bypass is longer than 3h; 2. 6 Infants and toddlers less than 1 month old; 3. Transposition of the great artery or ventricular deficiency combined with major contraction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other encephalopathy; 2. Brain injury caused by hypoxia was found during the operation.
